A:The monetary unit of Chinese money is Renminbi Yuan, made up of 10 jiao, or 100 fens. Notes are issued in the following amounts: 1 jiao, 2jiao, 5jiao, 1 yuan, and 2,5,10,20,50 and 100 yuans, and coins in amounts: 1fen, 5fens, 1jiao, 5jiaos and 1 yuan. Q: Where should I pay special attention to when filling out the application form?
A:To avoid mistakes, before filling in an application form, please read the “Announcement 2” carefully to understand all the requirements for accurate filling in the forms. Especially note: When you fill in the form, remember to give your name in the forms exactly the same as in the passport, because all your records will be kept under the name you have filled in the form, and it will be checked against your passport when you make registration and, possibly when you pass the cCustoms. To make our preparation work more effective, please complete application form in full as requested, any lack of necessary information may cause registration failure. Please submit your registration by the deadline March 1, 2008.

A:To register and to obtain ID badges, all participants registered as a delegate should go to the Registration Counter with their Invitation Letters, original passports, identification of full-time students or teachers, insurance identification (travel accident insurance) and two passport photos when they arrive.

A: The organizing committee will offer simultaneous interpretation service for Chinese and English for all the students and teachers when they deliver their papersspeeches on the Teachers’ and Student’s Forum. In addition, the volunteers will provide interpreter service for all the participants.

A:During the festival, organizing committee will arrange various activities, so all the delegates will have an opportunity to exchange points face to face.

A:All preparations for students’ exhibits should be completed before 10 p.m. July, 14.
